Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000

The role of the Contracts Supervisor - Commercial Roofing will involve:
- Contracts Supervisor positions dealing with the refurbishment of commercial roofing and cladding systems
- Deliver contracts to a high standard in line with company offers and exceed client expectations through effective communication and site management
- Take full responsibility for health and safety compliance, ensuring all inspections, inductions, risk assessments, and reporting requirements are completed
- Regularly supervise sites to monitor quality, progress, subcontractor performance, and overall presentation, aiming for zero snags and callbacks
- Maintain accurate records of site activity, progress, variations, and inspections using company systems
- Support commercial and operational delivery by measuring works, managing materials and site setup, and reporting risks or issues to senior management promptly
- Working on projects ranging in value from £20,000 to £1,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Supervisor - Commercial Roofing with:
- Must have strong technical experience pitched roofing
- Must have experience as a Contracts Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Site Manager, Contracts Manager Roofing Surveyor, Roofing Technician, Site Technician or related
- CSCS card
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
- Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving license
