The role of the Operations Coordinator - Facades will involve:
- Dealing with the coordination of logistics and supply for the supply of a range of construction products and accessories
- Providing administrative support across logistics, purchasing and general operations
- Coordinating deliveries, courier bookings and transport requirements, resolving any issues or delays
- Managing purchase orders, stock requirements and supplier communications
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and systems, including PODs, logistics data and purchasing information
- Supporting KPI reporting, stock analysis, compliance and continuous improvement projects
The ideal applicant will be an Operations Coordinator - Facades with:
- Administration experience within construction
- Exposure to procurement, logistics, supply, operations, warehousing etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
