The role of the Site Manager / Project Manager – Office Lab Fit-Out will involve:
- Site / Project Manager position responsible for a range of fit out projects, covering offices, labs and commercial sectors.
- Regular site visits across London South East to monitor project progress, health safety compliance and contractor performance.
- Work closely with main client, direct labour, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of projects.
- Carrying out health safety reports, quality assurance, snagging, and close out.
- Preparing work tasks for the installations team and strategic planning.
