Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator - Industrial & Commercial Roofing will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with various industrial and commercial roofing projects including both pitched and flat
- Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Attend sites to undertake surveys
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
- Producing formal quotations to clients
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Working on projects ranging in value from £1k up to £2m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Industrial & Commercial Roofing with:
- Must have experience as an Estimator in the industrial or commercial roofing market sector
- Proven track record in conducting surveys and estimates
- Bid writing experience would be highly advantageous
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and drive
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work autonomously
