The role of the Business Development Manager - Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out will involve:
- Field sales position selling the design, supply and installation of commercial interiors & fit out
- All of your time will be spent selling to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors
- Wide range of order values depending on size and scope
- Turnover target circa £400k-£500k first year looking to grow to £1m in the next three years
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out with:
- Must have commercial interiors, office furniture or fit-out sales experience
- Must have sold to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors
- Must have contacts within the industry
- Driven, resilient self starter
- Trustworthy, able to work autonomously
