Area to be covered: North of Thames up to Milton Keynes
Remuneration: Up to £48,000 + Up to £10,000 Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Porcelain Surfaces/ Slabs will involve:
- Field sales role selling a manufactured range of large format porcelain slabs for kitchen worktops, furniture, flooring, wall cladding and facades
- 70-80% of your time will be spent stimulating demand with kitchen retail showrooms, smaller amount with architects, interior designers, housebuilders
- Remainder of time ensuring 100% of the revenue is fulfilled through an established base of stone and worktop fabricators
- Inheriting an area turning over approx... £400,000 (circa 80% of target YTD)
- Four days per week on the road visiting customers, typically 4-5 appointments per day
- Assisting with merchandising, training, developing and nurturing kitchen studio’s, kitchen & bathroom retailers as required
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Porcelain Surfaces/ Slabs with:
- 2 years+ field sales experience from within the kitchen & bathroom industry
- Ideally sold into a mix of customers to include; stone and worktop fabricators, kitchen retail showrooms, architects, interior designers and housebuilders
- Driven and motivated to succeed
- Hardworking/ honest
- Professional and prepared with strong organisation and territory management capability
- Prepared to do long days as required
