Remuneration: £50,000neg

The role of the Site Manager / Project Manager – Office & Lab Fit-Out will involve:
- Site / Project Manager position responsible for a range of fit out projects, covering offices, labs and commercial sectors
- Regular site visits across London & South East to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance.
- Work closely with main client, direct labour, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of projects
- Carrying out health & safety reports, quality assurance, snagging, and close out with daily
- Preparing work tasks for the installations team and strategic planning of works
- Monitoring each stage of the project ensuring resources are productive and the delivery schedule is being met within budget
- Manage a range of projects with values from £100k – £4m
The ideal applicant will be a Site Manager / Project Manager – Office & Lab Fit-Out with:
- Must have Project Management or Site Management experience
- Construction experience, ideally within fit-out or related although open to trade and building product backgrounds (carpentry, electrical dry lining, partitions etc.)
- Open to candidates from a trade background looking to come off the tools
- Must have the ability to manage teams of contractors
- Highly advantageous to have experience pricing and quoting works
- Fresh outlook with the ability to adapt and influence
- Existing people manager
