Remuneration: £60,000neg + Company Car allowance

The role of Quantity Surveyor - Commercial & Industrial Construction will involve:
- Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a varied range of commercial & industrial works, including new build, refurbishment and fit-out
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender submissions including labour, materials, prelims, and programme considerations
- Liaising with Site / Contract Managers to ensure each project is successfully running.
- Updating any changes to the agreed contract scope
- Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Working on up to 6 projects at one time, varying in size from £40k to £2m
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor - Commercial & Industrial Construction with:
- Must have extensive Quantity Surveying experience within the commercial or/and industrial sector (open to candidates from varied backgrounds including; fit-out, design & build, building products, civils, drainage etc.)
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving license
