Remuneration: £60,000neg+ 20% bonus
Benefits: £6,000 car allowance + full benefits package
The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Hot Water Storage & Energy Management Systems will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of hot water storage and energy management solutions
- 80% of your time will be spent generating specifications with social housing market via housing associations, local authorities, housebuilders, developers
- 20% commercial focused with M&E consultants, architects, contractors and installers
- Working on both new build and retrofit projects
- Turnover target tbd
- Good blend of account management and new business
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Hot Water Storage & Energy Management Systems experience with:
- Must have new build, social housing or commercial specification experience
- Ideally contact within housing associations, local authorities, developers, M&E consultants, contractors and installers
- Must have technical related product experience such as; boilers, hot water systems, energy systems, solar systems, smart controls, BMS, hot water storage, plumbing & heating controls, heat pumps, electrical heaters, air conditioning etc
- Self-starter, people person and relationship builder
- Technical good communicator
