The role of the Commercial Administrator - Social Housing will involve:
- Dealing with various social housing projects
- Submitting and tracking information and compliance documents to and from clients in a timely manner
- Uploading and downloading construction documentation (drawings, specifications, technical submittals, material samples etc)
- Filing documents and reports for each project for auditing purposes
- Ensuring quality checks are completed and documented
- Tracking and ensuring invoices are issued and paid on time and accurately
- Working on projects ranging in value from £2m to £10m
The ideal applicant will be a Commercial Administrator - Social Housing with:
- Experience as a Project Administrator, Contract Administrator, Document Controller, Commercial Coordinator or related
- Experience in construction
- Strong Excel and administration experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong relationship building skills
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, team player, who works well individually also
