The role of the Estimator - Flat Roofing will involve:

  • Estimator position promoting a range of commercial/industrial refurbishments & roofing projects
  • Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.
  • Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
  • Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.
  • Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards.

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Flat Roofing will with:

  • Must have extensive experience as an Estimator within a main contractor
  • Ideally have experience with flat roofing systems, refurbishment of large scale industrial and commercial projects
  • Would be open to a junior who’s looking to get a foot in the door within the flat roofing industry
  • Proven experience pricing construction projects and preparing tender submissions.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong character that’s not afraid to help the team when necessary
  • IT literate
