Junior Salesforce Developer

• You will be responsible configuring Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.

• The candidate will provide technical expertise and best practices; write complex business logic in APEX/Lightning classes; Plan, creates, and execute unit testing; Assist with analysis efforts and documentation.

• This includes developing solutions based on business requirements in support of our Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business units.

• The candidate will be able to resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.

• You will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

• The candidate will demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

• BS in Computer Science or related field, MS preferred.

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.com Force.com (Visual Force) and Apex.

• Written Abilities: Proficient grammar, sentence structure and written communication skills.

• Salesforce integration development experience required.

• Excellent knowledge of page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, triggers, etc.

• Competent in Agile methodology.

• Good knowledge of Eclipse.

• Have worked on Saleforce.com instances with 500+ users.

• SQL query language and related database experience is a plus.

• Experience understanding and developing design documents from business requirements.

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.

• Logical and efficient.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.

• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

• Highly self-motivated and directed.
