This is a full-time, on-site Project Architect role based in Kensington, London. The Project Architect will work on high-end residential projects from concept through completion, including design development, coordination of drawings, and preparation of planning and building control submissions.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day project workflows
- Coordinating with consultants and contractors
- Overseeing submittals and technical documentation
- Regular client communication
- Design presentations
- Ensuring project delivery aligns with budget, schedule, and quality expectations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Minimum post 5 years experience in the UK residential refurbishment
- Strong architectural design and technical skills, with proven experience in Architecture across RIBA work stages
- Familiarity with UK building regulations, planning processes, and construction methods
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site studio environment
- Legal right to work in the UK
