Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Project Architect role based in Kensington, London. The Project Architect will work on high‑end residential projects from concept through completion, including design development, coordination of drawings, and preparation of planning and building control submissions. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day project workflows, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and overseeing submittals and technical documentation. The role involves regular client communication, design presentations, and ensuring project delivery aligns with budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Minimum post 5 years experience in the UK residential refurbishment
- Strong architectural design and technical skills, with proven experience in Architecture across RIBA work stages
- Familiarity with UK building regulations, planning processes, and construction methods
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on‑site studio environment
- Legal right to work in the UK
