As part of a small, collaborative transactional finance team, you will take full ownership of the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintaining healthy cash flow across the business. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively chasing overdue payments via phone and email, resolving queries efficiently, and reducing aged debt. You will regularly review aged debt reports, allocate incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and escalate issues where necessary.
