An exciting and expanding SME is looking to recruit a motivated and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join its finance team in a varied and fast-paced role. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will play an important part in ensuring the smooth and accurate running of day-to-day finance operations while gaining exposure to a wide range of accounting activities. You will be responsible for supporting key transactional processes including:
- Purchase and sales ledger activities
- Processing and checking invoices
- Assisting with credit control
- Reconciling supplier and customer accounts
- Resolving queries
You will also play an active role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing expenses, helping with month-end tasks, and dealing with day-to-day finance queries.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, or similar finance support role
