We are now recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join the finance team. You will be working with a business built on long-term growth and committed to providing a supportive, collaborative environment.
This Assistant Accountant role offers the opportunity to be part of a stable, structured finance team where your expertise is valued and you can make a meaningful contribution on a day-to-day basis.
Skills needed:- Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes, gained within an Assistant Accountant or similar role
- Confident communication skills, comfortable working with internal stakeholders across departments
- Ability to manage your own workload independently, without the need for close supervision
- Experience using accounting software, with knowledge of Sage 200 (beneficial but not essential)
- 37 days holiday (including bank holidays and 4 days in Christmas) + Flexible working hours, demonstrating the company's commitment to work-life balance and time to recharge
