As an AR Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the resident billing process, ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on time while maintaining resident accounts and supporting the wider finance function.
As well as this you will monitor debtor accounts, process Direct Debits, allocate customer receipts, post bank transactions and assist with monthly bank reconciliations.
You will liaise clients to resolve account queries professionally and sensitively, while supporting month-end processes and identifying opportunities to improve finance systems and administrative procedures.
Skills
Required: Previous experience within a finance role is ideal, specifically within a busy office environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
