A thriving and expanding business is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join its finance team on an 18-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you'll provide essential support across a variety of accounting and administrative duties, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the sales ledger function.

This varied role will involve invoicing, maintaining customer accounts, allocating payments, supporting credit control activities, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial records remain accurate and up to date.

Working closely with colleagues across the business and liaising with customers, you'll play an important role in delivering an efficient finance service while providing excellent customer support.

Ideally you will have: Previous experience within an Accounts Administration, Sales Ledger, Accounts Receivable or Credit Control position.

Confidence in processing invoices, allocating payments and maintaining accurate financial records within a busy finance environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
