The successful individual will be a team player who understands how their work impacts the work of others, have experience within a purchase ledger position and developed knowledge about Service Charge. You will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing email inboxes and approving invoices. In this role, you will be expected to manage high voluminous work, while meeting tight deadlines and KPIs. You will be a key part of the team, working closely with managers, all while looking to make a difference to the community.
Skills required- Proven experience/knowledge of the property sector, including service charge and invoicing.
