We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Interim FP A Manager to support the finance function during a key period of transformation and growth. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead the Financial Planning Analysis function, providing meaningful financial insight and partnering with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability and support strategic initiatives.
Ideally, you will:
- Have ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent) with experience in FP A, commercial finance or financial planning roles.
- Possess strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and experience managing budgets, forecasts and strategic planning processes.
- Have advanced Excel skills, with experience of ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP or similar.
- Demonstrate the ability to hit the ground running and quickly build credibility with stakeholders.
