My client is within the Service industry and they currently have a requirement for a Billing Assistant to join their team on initially a temporary basis. Reporting to the Billing Manager, you will be responsible for processing complex billing and invoicing across multiple services, managing funding reconciliations, liaising with external contacts and internal departments, and investigating and resolving billing discrepancies and payment queries.
Skills required:
- Previous experience in billing, accounts administration, or finance support
- Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
- An excellent eye for detail and the ability to focus on large data sets
- Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with both internal and external contacts
