An exciting opportunity has been brought to us by an international business who has recently acquired within the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their accounts team and hit the ground running in a busy environment. This opportunity lends itself to a candidate that can demonstrate flexibility and determination, looking for a stable business environment.
The ideal candidate for this position will hit the ground running straight away. Using your advanced finance knowledge, you will ensure all accounts are reconciled, monthly journals are prepared and posted, and both the Purchase and Sales ledgers are managed. You will have experience in double entry bookkeeping in a similar role.
Ideally, you will:
- Have recent and relevant Accounts Assistant knowledge with experience using Netsuite
- Feel comfortable handling accounts payable and receivable, processing payments and reconciling the bank and credit accounts
- Have a dynamic and adaptable attitude
- Be a confident and effective communicator with a range of internal and external stakeholders
