The Opportunity:

  • Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will have full visibility of the business and take on a broad, hands-on role with plenty of variety. This is a fantastic stepping stone for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) from practice looking to take that first move into a leadership role in industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insight
  • Ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
  • Liaising with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors
  • Oversight of AP/AR processes and working closely with transactional finance staff
  • Supporting business growth initiatives, including process improvements and system upgrades

What We're Looking For:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (recently qualified or up to 2 years PQE)
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, ideally gained in a top 10 or regional practice
  • Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working in a fast-paced SME environment
