We're on the lookout for an experienced Part-Time Finance Manager to join a thriving and friendly team within a well-established professional services business. Reporting directly to the MD, you'll be the go-to person for all things finance, a trusted right hand to leadership in driving sound financial decision-making and smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on finance position, values work-life balance, and enjoys working in a small, supportive team environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, VAT returns, and reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
  • Manage payroll, rent collections, and reconciliation of client accounts
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Ensure financial compliance and liaise with external advisors
  • Use tools like Xero and property/finance software for efficient reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years in a similar finance role - ideally within a service-led environment
  • Proficiency in Xero and strong financial reporting skills
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Highly organised, discreet, and proactive
  • A confident communicator and collaborator
