The Role
As a Senior Management Accountant, you will play a key role in providing insightful financial analysis and strategic support to operational leaders. You will help drive business performance, improve cost control, and support decision-making through robust financial reporting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Partner with operational teams to analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver detailed variance analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support commercial tenders, pricing models, and margin analysis.

About You
Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with strong post-qualification experience. Previous experience within contract services, hospitality, or facilities management preferred.
