As the trusted finance business partner for the operational leadership team, you'll play a critical role in supporting strategic decisions, maximising profitability, and ensuring sustainable growth across our nationwide garage network. You'll be the go-to expert for all things finance within the business unit, providing clear analysis and partnering closely with operational leaders. Your insights will help shape initiatives ranging from pricing and investment to operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering robust financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Providing insightful analysis on performance, trends and opportunities
- Supporting investment decisions and ROI analysis for new sites and service offerings
- Acting as a strategic advisor to operational leaders, helping them understand and manage financial performance
