Due to continued growth in a progressive team, our very interesting client in the realm of hospitality is looking for a dedicated and commercially driven Finance Analyst to join their fast-paced team and take on the responsibility of producing the Management Accounts and analysis for a number of sites/subsidiaries. This role is a great opportunity to deliver robust financial reporting and analysis across a hospitality operation.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Managing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and analytical data reviews, alongside journals.
  • Working closely with operational managers to translate financial data into actionable insight, helping to shape strategy and support growth.

The position provides strong exposure to both accounting and commercial decision-making, offering an excellent platform for career development in a fast-moving retail setting.

Skills Needed:

  • Confidence in preparing the monthly management accounts pack and all associated analysis and reconciliations.
  • Currently in the process of studying for your ACCA/CIMA with the goal of qualifying within this business.
