Mitchell Adam are delighted to be working with a rapidly evolving Manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. Operating within a high-growth and increasingly investment-driven sector, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a finalist or newly qualified accountant to step into a commercially focused position with strong exposure across reporting, analysis and business partnering.
Working closely with an experienced Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process, with responsibility across full P&L reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and detailed variance analysis. A key focus of the role will be understanding performance across multiple sites, ensuring financial results are accurate, well explained and supported by meaningful commentary that helps drive decision-making.
Alongside core reporting, you will gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting and operational performance analysis, with increasing involvement in P&L reviews alongside site teams. This will give you the opportunity to build confidence working with non-finance stakeholders, strengthen your commercial understanding, and develop into a well-rounded Management Accountant within a fast-moving and supportive environment.
