Operating across multiple entities, the business offers a varied finance environment with exposure to property investment, development and client accounting. We are now recruiting for a Senior Client Accountant to join the finance team in a hands-on role with responsibility for managing client accounts and supporting the wider finance function. The role offers a good balance of technical accounting, client management and team support, making it well suited to someone looking to build on their existing property accounting experience while taking on greater responsibility. Previous experience within property accounting, client accounting or a similar property-focused finance environment. Strong understanding of client accounting processes, including reconciliations, reporting and month-end activities. Experience managing, supervising or mentoring junior members of a finance team. The opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of property companies and investments, gaining broad exposure to the property sector. Responsibility for managing a portfolio of client accounts while remaining hands-on with the accounting.
