Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join the team and help drive commercial success through strategic financial insight and operational support. The business is currently on a transformation journey and is looking for someone to be part of this journey, streamlining processes and setting records along the way.
In this pivotal role, you’ll split your focus 50/50 between core management accounting and high-impact business partnering. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our operations teams to support decision-making and drive performance, while also taking responsibility for financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and streamline current processes
- Analyse sales and margin performance across business units
- Partner with operational leaders to support cost control and commercial decision-making
- Develop and present financial insights to influence strategy and profitability
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Identify risks, opportunities, and trends in financial performance
You’re a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being at the heart of the action. A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is required, along with experience in management accounting and business partnering, ideally within a contract led business environment. Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of sales and margin performance are essential. This is your chance to help shape the future of a growing business.
