We’re supporting a data-rich, high-performing organisation that’s looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join their expanding finance team. This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone who enjoys using data and insight to drive meaningful change across a growing business.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll act as a genuine commercial partner to the wider leadership team helping to translate complex business activity into clear financial insight and supporting better decision-making.
- Roughly 20% of the role will focus on the core FP&A activity:
- Budget control, variance analysis and reforecasting
- Consolidating insights from across the business
- Supporting budget holders and driving accountability
- Deep-diving into operational data and KPIs to uncover opportunities for improvement
- Supporting product development and customer lifetime value analysis
- Helping shape and evolve performance metrics as the business continues to grow
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to influence strategic decisions
You’ll have the opportunity to own and improve financial models, contribute to transformational projects, and play a key role in how finance adds value across the business.
About You
- Qualified or finalist accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-led environment
- Naturally curious, proactive and keen to get involved beyond routine reporting
