My client is an established organisation and they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will be solely responsible for the Accounts Payable function and you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, dealing with queries, performing supplier statement reconciliations, and preparing for payment runs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with market-leading benefits on a temp to perm basis.
Skills required:
- At least 12 months experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build long lasting relationships with suppliers
- Be a car driver due to location
- Have a strong command of MS Excel
