An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a successful and growing organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career within Credit Control and gain valuable experience within a professional and supportive finance team. Working alongside experienced members of the finance function, you'll play an important role in helping to manage the company's outstanding debt and maintain strong relationships with customers. You'll be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, allocating cash, resolving account queries and keeping accurate records of collection activity. You'll also have the opportunity to gain exposure to aged debt reporting, account reconciliations and wider credit control processes as your confidence develops. This role would suit someone who has some previous experience within Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Finance Administration or a similar finance environment, but is keen to take the next step. You don't need to be an experienced Credit Controller.
