Role Summary

As a direct business partner to our Solutions team (Deployment Strategists & Applied AI Engineering team), you will work closely with Solutions leadership and serve as the expert on the operational sales and implementation aspects of the Mistral deal lifecycle.

You'll work closely with leadership to develop detailed pre‑sales and post‑sales operational plans aligned with our delivery forecasts, analyze and optimize Solutions team performance, and develop processes and KPIs to improve efficiency and support the rapid evolution of our technical pre‑sales and post‑sales motions.

This role is critical to driving major improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of our Solutions team, and to using those learnings to build forward‑looking capacity and delivery forecasts that integrate pre‑sales requirements with best‑in‑class post‑sale delivery and accelerate our ability to leverage Mistral to unlock value for our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Technical Go‑to‑Market Execution
  • Develop frameworks to standardize how the Solutions team approaches different customer technical needs within and across segments.
  • Identify opportunities for experiment‑driven improvements in the technical sales and implementation process.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales teams, product development, and revenue operations to align technical implementation capabilities with customer needs.
  • Support the development of professional services offerings and technical engagement models that maximize customer success.
  • Collaborate with product & engineering teams to ensure Solutions team feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap.
  • Help prepare materials for executive reviews highlighting technical implementation successes and challenges.
  • Drive delivery excellence across the Solutions team
  • Design and implement scalable frameworks and AI products that help Solutions teams consistently deliver value to clients, from pre‑sales through post‑sales.
  • Translate successful delivery patterns into repeatable, operationalized processes—reducing variability and increasing team efficiency.
  • Partner with technical and client‑facing teams to identify friction points in delivery and build the systems to fix them.
  • Own the rollout of new methodologies, ensuring adoption through clear documentation, training, and change management.
  • Track delivery performance over time and use data to continuously improve how the team operates.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Support
  • Identify and operationalize the right metrics to optimize the Solutions team impact on customer success & revenue.
  • Create and maintain reporting mechanisms around technical implementation KPIs.
  • Synthesize tangible, strategic recommendations that can be deployed cross‑functionally.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, operations, chief of staff within technical sales, solutions engineering, or professional services environments.
  • Proven track record in optimizing processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with business priorities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills: ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and align competing priorities.
  • Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with a bias for action in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
  • Technical acumen and AI fluency: understanding of AI implementation, use cases, and scaling challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Salesforce, data warehouses, BI tools (e. g., Looker, Hex, Big Query).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English (native level); additional European languages are a plus.
