Shape the future of AI sales at Mistral as our Enablement Lead, GTM Programs—a rare opportunity to define how a category-defining AI company scales its GTM motion.
You won’t just execute programs; you’ll architect the seller experiences that power how Mistral goes to market.

- Set the quality bar: assessments that prove competence, not attendance, and systems that compound learning over time.
- Be the field voice: clear, credible communications that ensure enablement lands with impact.
- Define the global standard: programs designed for reuse across regions, built to scale with Mistral’s growth.
- What We’re Looking For
- 5-8+ years in enablement, revenue programs, pre‑sales, or sales operations.
- Proven builder: Track record of designing scalable enablement systems, not just executing them.
