Role Summary

As Field Marketing Manager for the Northern Europe region, you will own and execute Mistral’s field marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.

You’ll lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of external events, owned events, localized campaigns, ABM initiatives, and partner marketing activities.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on project manager who excels in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

Your work will directly advance our mission: delivering frontier AI to the world’s leading organizations to solve their toughest challenges.

What you will do

  • Own the regional field marketing plan and budget for the Northern Europe region across the UK and the Nordics aligned to go-to-market objectives.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to translate territory priorities and target accounts into field marketing programs.
  • Execute the plan of field programs from end-to-end across third-party conference sponsorships, Mistral-owned events (e. g., summits, roundtables, forums), account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, and speaker coordination with precision.
  • Allocate and optimize the regional marketing budget aligned with field marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and report on progress against objectives and the regional territory plan.

Analyze campaign-level results, extract learnings, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure program success from sales, product marketing, demand gen, comms, public affairs.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, with a focus on owned events, conference sponsorships, partner marketing, and ABM.
  • Enterprise B2B tech background, with a deep understanding of enterprise selling and B2B tech business models.
  • Proven experience managing field marketing programs in the Northern Europe region.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver, able to translate business needs into actionable field marketing plans.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-starter mindset: Result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, and intellectually curious.
  • No ego, highly committed, with a growth mindset and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
