We are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly observant CCTV Operator to join our established monitoring team. This is a full-time permanent night-shift position working within a secure monitoring environment. You will be responsible for monitoring CCTV and security systems, responding to incidents, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with emergency services and other stakeholders when required.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor CCTV systems and associated security technology
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
- Liaise with emergency services, clients, and third parties when required
- Maintain accurate incident logs and operational records
- Follow established operational procedures and security protocols
- Provide clear and accurate incident reporting
- Escalate incidents appropriately in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Current and valid SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) Licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
