Our divisions are — Mistral Bus & Coach, Mistral Asset Finance, Mistral Specialist Vehicles, and The Bus Shop. Mistral Asset Finance operates as both a lender and broker. We are seeking an energetic, self-starting Sales & Operations Executive to join our Asset Finance Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their workload and excels in time management and prioritisation. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, managing operational processes, and ensuring the smooth progression of deals from inception to completion. Your experience in asset finance (particularly with lease and hire purchase agreements) will be highly valued. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be an original member of a small but growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Review new proposals, financials and run compliance checks.
  • Liaise with customers, funders & internal teams to ensure deals progress smoothly and accurately.
  • Draft and review lease and hire purchase documentation with high level of accuracy.
  • Process supplier payouts and raise invoices.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and financial platforms.
  • In-life portfolio management: monitor risk indicators and upcoming payment changes, overseeing EOT processes, settlements, information updates and other service requests.
  • Take initiative in problem-solving & multitasking with a proactive approach to sales support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of Asset Finance processes and the full transaction lifecycle (desirable).
  • Proven experience in sales support or asset finance operations role (desirable).
  • Strong time management & prioritisation skills with high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with initiative.

Location: London Oxford Street, Office Based

Discretionary Bonus: 10% annual bonus + discretionary profit share

Holidays: 25 days + birthday off, including Christmas shutdown

Benefits: Westfield Healthcare, Pension (post-probation)
