About the Role
As a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME), you will bridge the gap between Mistral AI’s technical teams and go-to-market functions. You will translate advanced AI capabilities into clear, compelling business value, helping enterprise customers understand how our solutions solve real-world problems. You will play a key role in shaping technical narratives, enabling sales teams, and accelerating adoption of Mistral AI’s products — particularly across modern AI systems, including LLMs and agent-based architectures.
What You Will Do
- Create and Deliver Technical Content
- Develop high-quality technical and semi-technical content, including slides, documentation, blogs, videos, demos, webinars, and whitepapers.
- Produce compelling product and model launch materials that clearly communicate value and differentiation.
- Build demo experiences showcasing LLM and agent-based architectures in real-world use cases.
- Translate Technology into Business Value
- Turn complex AI/ML concepts into clear, outcome-driven value propositions for enterprise audiences.
- Align technical capabilities with customer pain points, industry use cases, and ROI narratives.
- Enable Sales and Partners
- Create sales enablement assets such as playbooks, internal FAQs, and battle cards.
- Equip sales teams and partners to confidently engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Support deal cycles with tailored technical messaging and insights.
- Support Model and Product Launches
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful.
- Help position new models and capabilities within market context and competitive landscape.
- Engage with Industry Stakeholders
- Participate in analyst briefings, technical advisory boards, and industry discussions.
- Contribute to positioning Mistral AI as a thought leader in AI, LLMs, and agent systems.
- Interface with Technical Teams
- Act as a liaison between Solutions and go-to-market teams.
- Translate advancements in LLMs — including pre-training, post-training, and agent architectures — into actionable insights.
Who You Are
- Experience
- 3+ years in technical marketing, solutions engineering, or similar roles, preferably in AI/ML or enterprise software.
- Exposure to AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and agent-based architectures.
- Technical & Communication Skills
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into meaningful business value propositions.
- Experience creating diverse content formats: slides, docs, blogs, videos, and demos.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI solutions, cloud environments, and technical sales processes.
- Mindset

- Academic Background
