Experience

- Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies, especially in EMEA, coupled with strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations.
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
