Mistplay is the category creator and leader in the 'play-and-earn' mobile loyalty space, built to reward gamers for playing. LoyaltyPlay is our B2B monetization platform, a powerful Gaming Reward Hub designed for mobile app Publishers. We partner with app owners (e.g., utility, commerce, or entertainment apps) to help them unlock a new, consistent revenue stream and boost user engagement. By integrating LoyaltyPlay, publishers can offer their users rewards (in-app currency) for installing and playing mobile games from our vast advertiser network. This creates a deep engagement loop and a powerful monetization channel for the publisher.

About the role: This is a closing role. You'll bring fintech publishers onto our loyalty solution for monetization and run your own pipeline end to end — find them, get in front of the right person, sign them.

What you'll do:

  • Build and own a pipeline of fintech publishers (neobanks, trading and crypto apps, payments, BNPL, cashback and rewards products)
  • Get in front of their monetization, growth, or partnerships teams and show them the revenue Loyalty Play can add without disrupting their app
  • Build the business case and revenue projection
  • Close against a quarterly number
  • Work with Product and Ops to get partners live and performing

What you need:

  • At least 2 years selling to fintech publishers
  • A real grasp of monetization mechanics — revenue share, eCPM, fill, ARPU
  • A track record of closing deals and 6-7 figures partnerships
  • Comfort talking to fintech product and monetization stakeholders
  • Proven network of EMEA publishers
  • Ability to back a pitch with data and work cross-functionally with Product and Ops
  • Excellent written and spoken English
