Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Events Executive based in Croydon, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales & Events Executive will manage daily sales activities and client interactions, plan and execute events, and ensure timely and effective communication with clients and vendors. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business leads, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring that all events meet the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Sales and client relationship management skills, including excellent negotiation abilities and a customer‑oriented approach.
- Organisational and project management skills to oversee event planning and execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
- Problem‑solving capabilities, attention to detail, and creativity to manage unexpected challenges and deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Proficiency with event management software and tools, as well as familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in both an office environment and remotely, as needed.
- Previous experience in event planning, sales, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree or certification in Event Management, Marketing, or a related discipline, preferred.
