We are a refined French restaurant in the heart of Mayfair looking for an experienced, confident Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team. This is a great opportunity to work in an elegant, fast-paced environment where service and guest experience come first.
As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering warm, professional, and attentive service to our guests, ensuring every visit reflects the standards of a high-end French dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional table service from greeting to farewell
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and wine list
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented dining area
- Handle payments efficiently and professionally
- Work collaboratively with the front and back of house teams
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (ideally in a fine dining or premium restaurant)
- Passion for hospitality and excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Fluent English required (French is a plus, but not essential)
