The Restaurant & Takeaway Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Mister C's, ensuring that the highest standards of food quality, customer service and staff performance are maintained at all times. The successful candidate will lead by example, supporting and motivating the team while protecting the values and reputation of a family business that has proudly served Selby since 1981. The Manager will be expected to take ownership of the business during their shifts and ensure the smooth operation of both the takeaway and restaurant, particularly in the absence of the owners.
