As Senior Jewellery Product Developer you will be working closely with the Design, Quality Assurance, Merchandising and Operations Teams to ensure the smooth running of jewellery development against critical path. We are looking for a highly organised, and detail-oriented candidate to assist our Product Development & Quality Assurance Team with the technical support of all new jewellery development. Key Responsibilities Product Development: Maintaining and updating NPD Trackers alongside critical path in conjunction with suppliers. Support and develop supplier relationships to ensure timely sample delivery. Through conducting regular supplier calls and providing regular communication. Ensure product is fit for purpose via our wear testing process and product testing, and evolve processes where needed to ensure that our wear and product testing processes are fit for purpose. Troubleshoot development and quality issues with factories throughout the sampling phase. Support the process from sealed sample to production, ensuring both the Warehouse and Factories have sealed samples. Feedback on pre-production orders and drive improvements where required. Critical Path: Drive, own & manage Critical Path meetings/deadlines to ensure this is communicated with suppliers and internal teams. Ensuring all teams are clear on accountabilities and deadline dates for each step of the process. Merchandising: Assist the Merchandising team with finalising range plans ensuring all product information is correct and available. Collaborate with Merchandising to set target RRPs & target costs for suppliers. Ensure costing process is maintained by suppliers, collaborate internally to review costs and negotiate accordingly. Monitor and report on trends and competitor research. Collaborate with merchandising to set Range Targets for Design. Product Management & Data: Work in conjunction with our current Jewellery Product Developer to be the owners of product knowledge from dimensions, manufacturing process to quality control and maintaining final specs and sealed samples. Support the Marketing and Wholesale teams to ensure required samples are available to critical path. Support Creative & Content teams to ensure product imagery and descriptions are correct. Competencies & Experience 2+ years working as a Product Developer or similar role. High level of technical jewellery knowledge and manufacturing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. Strong project and time management skills. Great attention to detail. Highly efficient and organised. Basic illustrator knowledge. Efficient in Excel e.g. V-lookups.
