Founded in 2007 by Marisa Hordern, we’ve grown into a globally recognised brand known for our demi-fine and solid gold pieces, all designed in-house at our London studio and crafted with care. Now, we’re inviting you to be part of our exciting retail journey within our brand new concession in Selfridges Manchester! This is your chance to step into the heart of our brand and help create unforgettable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

As part of the process, successful candidates will be invited to an in‑person assessment centre on Thursday, 16th July within Manchester, a great opportunity to meet the team, showcase your skills and immerse yourself in the Missoma experience.

Your Role as a Brand Ambassador

As a key member of our Selfridges Manchester team, you’ll be immersed in every aspect of the customer journey. You’ll represent the Missoma brand with warmth, style, and confidence, creating a welcoming space that reflects our values.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating a positive, upbeat environment that makes every customer feel at home.
  • Offering personalised style advice and sharing your passion for our products and brand story.
  • Delivering exceptional service from first interaction to final purchase.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers, including follow‑ups and tailored recommendations.
  • Becoming an expert in our collections, materials, and care advice.
  • Supporting visual merchandising and ensuring the store always looks its best.
  • Using in‑store technology to enhance the customer experience.
  • Helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient store environment.
  • Ensure all Selfridges policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed to maintain a smooth and professional store environment.

What We’re Looking For
