Your Role as Senior Piercer
You'll take ownership of piercing services at your home store, delivering an exceptional experience for every customer while extending mobile support to other Missoma stores when needed. Beyond piercing, you'll shape the training and development of our wider piercing team, partner with our product development team on new designs, and keep piercing stock, compliance and reporting running smoothly across all locations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver expert, safe and stylish piercings across our stores, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and care.
- Provide mobile piercing cover to other Missoma locations during holidays and periods of absence.
- Advise customers on piercing and jewellery choices, helping them achieve their desired look.
- Own the aftercare process, confidently resolving customer queries and concerns.
- Train, mentor and upskill our wider piercing team, embedding consistent standards and techniques.
- Partner with our product development team, offering practical piercing expertise for new jewellery designs.
- Manage piercing stock, compliance and reporting across all locations, keeping us safe, legal and on brand.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' piercing experience across studio and retail environments, with an up to date portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of UK piercing standards, licensing and health and safety regulations.
- Experience training, mentoring or upskilling others in a piercing or technical setting.
- Confident understanding of materials, anatomy and jewellery construction relevant to piercing.
- A warm, professional and service led approach with excellent communication skills.
