Your Role as a Brand Ambassador
As a key member of our Bicester Village team, you’ll be immersed in every aspect of the customer journey. You’ll represent the Missoma brand with warmth, style, and confidence, creating a welcoming space that reflects our values.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a positive, upbeat environment that makes every customer feel at home.
- Offering personalised style advice and sharing your passion for our products and brand story.
- Delivering exceptional service from first interaction to final purchase.
- Building lasting relationships with customers, including follow-ups and tailored recommendations.
- Becoming an expert in our collections, materials, and care advice.
- Supporting visual merchandising and ensuring the store always looks its best.
- Using in-store technology to enhance the customer experience.
- Helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient store environment.
- Ensure all Selfridges policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed to maintain a smooth and professional store environment.
What We’re Looking For

- 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (luxury retail is a plus).
- A natural communicator who’s warm, engaging, and proactive.
