Your Role as Supervisor
You’ll play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and leading the team to deliver a seamless, inspiring customer experience. You’ll help drive sales, maintain brand standards, and ensure the store runs smoothly day‑to‑day.
Customer Experience & Shopfloor Excellence
- Be a Missoma ambassador, offering style advice, sharing product knowledge, and creating memorable customer moments.
- Deliver exceptional service from first interaction to final purchase.
